Our in store service rates are $55.00/hour
Out call service rates are $65.00/hour

We have seinors rates as well.

And special rates for non-profit groups.

Depending on the volume of incoming service calls and out-service calls we receive, after bringing your system in we generally ask you to allow for a 2-6 hour wait before your system can be examined by the Technician. We also perform businesses out-calls in the area should the need arise. Please call us to book an appointment with our Technician.

What to bring with you when you bring your computer system in for maintenance or upgrades:

• Be prepared to fill out an information sheet describing any problems to be fixed.
  
• Bring with you all Driver and Operating System disks that the Technician may need if he is reinstalling hardware or software on your computer. Most hardware comes with driver installation disks. If you do not provide these they will have located and downloaded via the internet, which can be time consuming.
  
• The tech area is equipped with monitors, keyboards and mice so there is no need to bring these items with your computer tower/case unless these are part of the problem being addressed.
